A large Mediaeval market across the weekend
Grand mediaeval market:
This opens on the evening of Friday 25th October at 19.30, with lots of stalls, areas for children to enjoy, animal petting area, pony rides etc, as well as musicians wandering through the streets, dancing, archery etc and the normal activities found in this type of Mediaeval market. There’s also plenty of food, but it is advisable to check the prices of the large BBQ stands at this type of event as they can be surprisingly pricey.
the market opens on Friday evening at 18:00, closing at midnight.
On Saturday 26th October the activities and entertainments in the market begin at 11.30am, the last one before lunchtime being at 13.30. The market then closes for lunch and in the evening the entertainments resume at 18.00, the last activity taking place at 22.40 and the market closing at midnight.
There is a similar programme confirmed for Sunday, with the market closing at 22.00.
