Orihuela Costa tourist train is back for summer 2025
Hop on board to explore the beaches, shops and coastal sights between Campoamor and Playa Flamenca

The popular Orihuela Costa tourist train is back on the road this summer, offering locals and visitors a relaxing way to explore the coast. Running from Campoamor to Playa Flamenca and back, the open-sided road train makes it easy to enjoy some of the area’s best beaches, shopping and seafront views without the hassle of driving or parking.
First launched in 2018, the train quickly became a hit and is once again set to run through July and August. Operated by the Valencian transport company Bus Sigüenza, it connects key coastal destinations including Playa Flamenca beach (Cala Mosca), Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, La Zenia beach (Cala Bosque) and Playa de la Glea in Campoamor.
With tickets priced at just €six per person and valid for unlimited travel all day, it’s an affordable and easy way to get around. Its open-air carriages make for a breezy ride, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer months.
Discounts are also available for groups of more than four people.
The full journey takes less than an hour, making it ideal for families, holidaymakers and anyone wanting to take in the sights at a slower pace.

The train will run from Monday to Friday, with departures from Campoamor to Playa Flamenca at 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm. Return trips from Playa Flamenca to Campoamor leave at 12pm, 2pm, 5pm and 7pm.
Whether you're heading to the beach, browsing local markets or just enjoying the coastal breeze, the Orihuela tourist train is a fun and relaxing way to see the area.
With regular stops at some of the most popular spots on the southern Alicante coast, it’s a simple and enjoyable option for discovering all that Orihuela Costa has to offer this summer.
