Club MMGR: the one-stop, full day sports and leisure destination in the Mar Menor Golf Resort

Club MMGR is situated in Torre Pachecco, Murcia just inside the main entrance and security gate of Mar Menor Golf Resort, on Calle Ceiba. Parking is available outside and near the club.
Club MMGR has been in constant innovation since its opening in 2008, offering its members a unique experience with everything they need and a wide range of services all in one place. Placing great importance on outdoor sports and the ability to take advantage of the warm and sunny climate in the Region of Murcia, Club MMGR allows you to enjoy year-round activities and Club MMGR clients have access to the best equipment to carry out these activities.
The activities available include Basketball, Padel, Gym, Soccer, Mini golf, Swimming pool and Restaurant Bar all aimed at creating a fun and healthy experience. As owner Paul Taylor was recently quoted when asked the best part of his job, it’s “making people leave happier than when they came in”.
In October 2022, Club MMGR welcomed Alfonso Sernández as new Director of Padel and General Manager who will be responsible for the continued development of the Padel centre. This includes the creation of a Padel academy for all ages and levels, tournaments, and the establishment of a wonderful community of Padel players at all levels of the game.
Alfonso brings with him a wealth of national and international experience, including teaching padel, delivering sporting clinics in European countries and managing clubs in the United States. University educated, Alfonso's qualifications make him one of the top Padel coaches in the world and have also led him to currently teach certifications and training courses with academies for players aspiring to become padel coaches.
Another important part of the Club MMGR team is Personal trainer Salva Pérez, an ex-professional footballer with a successful career as a player in more than 15 teams across different countries. Salva also had a professional career in CrossFit, qualifying for 3 national competitions in one year, finishing in the top 5 competitors.
Sport has always played an important role in Salva's life, instilling in him values like discipline and willpower.
Facilities at the Club MMGR include 7 padel courts, a climatised swimming pool, miniature golf course, a gym with the latest equipment, specialist classes, Wi-Fi, easy access for people with reduced capacity and suitable for children. Pets are also allowed in the Club.
The benefits of being a member of the MMGR Club include a digital membership card, 10% discount in the Bar and Restaurant, unlimited use of the padel courts, gym, swimming pool, rest area, multi-sports area, mini golf course, showers and changing rooms.
