ARCHIVED - 100 Covid cases active in Murcia on Monday 13th July
There is some good news; no patients remain in intensive care as of today
Today the use of masks when outside of the home became compulsory in the Region of Murcia, as the regional Government attempts to slow down the spread of the virus and limit the risk of contagion.
As of Monday there are 100 active cases in the region, 79 of which are in home isolation and the remaining 21 in hospital. There are no patients in intensive care, which is excellent news, “This is a reason for hope,” said the regional president when presenting the decision to impose the compulsory wearing of masks, although also reminding the public " how many have been weakened by the ravages of the disease."
To date 1,518 patients who tested positive by swab test have now recovered.
